This Goalkeeper Training Pack includes FIVE 60-minute one-on-one individualized training sessions that fit into your schedule.
It offers the personalized training and attention you need to reach your specific goalkeeping goals.
Each training session is high energy, focused on your athlete's needs and goals, and most importantly, fun. Footwork, technique, situational play, fitness, and plyometrics will be a part of each session.
