This Basketball Skills Training Pack includes TEN 60-minute one-on-one individualized training sessions that fit into your schedule.
It offers the personalized training and attention you need to reach your specific basketball goals.
Each training session is high energy, focused on your athlete's needs and goals, and most importantly, fun. Ball handling, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, technique, situational play, fitness, and plyometrics will be a part of each session.
***These training sessions will take place outside (weather permitting) at a park or court convenient to you. All equipment will be provided.***
